TimeDrive is a time tracking application that integrates with Google Sheets. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

TimeDrive requires access to your Google account to:

• Read and create Google Sheets for time tracking
• Access your Google Drive to list TimeDrive Sheets

We do NOT collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

Authentication

TimeDrive uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) for authentication. All authentication is handled directly by Google. Your credentials are never shared with TimeDrive.

Local Storage

TimeDrive stores the following data locally in your browser:

• Your Google account email, name, and profile picture
• Short-lived access token for API calls (managed by Google)
• List of TimeDrive sheet name and IDs

This data is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to any server except Google's APIs.

Data Usage

TimeDrive uses your data only to:

• Create and update Google Sheets for time tracking
• List your existing TimeDrive Sheets from Google Drive

No Tracking

TimeDrive does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking mechanisms. There are no third-party services that collect information about you.

Data Retention

All data is stored in your Google account (in Google Sheets) and in your browser's localStorage. You can delete this data at any time by:

• Deleting TimeDrive sheets from Google Drive
• Clearing your browser's localStorage

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data. You can:

• Revoke TimeDrive's access through your Google Account settings
• Delete any sheets created by TimeDrive
• Clear all local storage (by clicking logout button)

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made.
